- Reviewing key considerations when planning patio/deck construction or upgrades
- Ensuring your new hot tub or pool will fit in a limited space
- Providing advice on electrical requirements
- Checking whether there is adequate access for maintenance
- Reviewing the orientation of your hot tub or pool
- Optimizing your views and/or privacy from neighbouring homes

Complete the form below to book a time for you and your family to try them out. All you need to bring is a bathing suit and towel.
Test soaks are available only at our Squamish and Whistler showrooms.
Residential Service Packages
Choose a stress-free approach to hot tub ownership with our all-inclusive hot tub service packages. Our Weekly and Bi-Weekly Service Packages guarantee a clean and comfortable hot tub for you and your guests while helping you control costs with one simple monthly fee.
Weekly Service Package
$169.95/month, plus taxes
Ensure excellent water quality for you and your guests while keeping your equipment in top condition. Our Weekly Service Package is recommended for hot tubs being used two or more times per month. It includes:
- Hot tub is visited weekly
- Complete water quality testing and chemical balancing
- Inspection of water temperature and water level
- Inspection of spa pak (including pump, heater and filter components) for leaks or malfunctions
- Checks to ensure all jets and air controls are functioning
- Hot tub vacuuming and surface cleaning
- Hot tub cover cleaning and treatments
- All chemicals are INCLUDED, no chemicals are stored at your property
- All equipment required for servicing is provided
- On‐site log to document visits to your property
Bi-Weekly Service Package
$114.95/month, plus taxes
Maintain excellent water quality while providing the minimum equipment maintenance needed to protect the longevity of your hot tub. Our Bi-Weekly Service Package is recommended for non-residents or for hot tubs being used only occasionally throughout the month. It includes:
- Hot tub is visited every two weeks
- Complete water quality testing and chemical balancing
- Inspection of water temperature and water level
- Inspection of spa pak (including pump, heater and filter components) for leaks or malfunctions
- Checks to ensure all jets and air controls are functioning
- Hot tub vacuuming and surface cleaning
- Hot tub cover cleaning and treatments
- All chemicals are INCLUDED, no chemicals are stored at your property
- All equipment required for servicing is provided
- On‐site log to document visits to your property

Additional Fees
These fees are applicable for all hot tub service packages:
- Upgrading to a Mineraluxe service package: $29.95/month for Bi-Weekly, $54.95/month for Weekly
- Repairs are billed at $134.95/hour for clients on a service package. This is a reduced rate, as our normal repair rate is $159.95/hr.
- Water changes are billed at $139.95/change for clients on service , or $184.95 for occasional clients.
- Extra owner-requested service client visits are billed at $74.95/visit
- Replacement filter cartridges, floating brominator and thermometers are extra
Hot Tub Repairs
We service and repair all major makes and models of hot tubs, and our team has the expertise to pinpoint problems and fix them quickly.
Most hot tub repairs are related to filters, water heaters, pumps or motors. Since The Splash Hot Tubs & Pools stocks a variety of parts and accessories, we can usually complete repairs with little or no downtime for you or your guests.
Our Repair rate is $159.95/hour for occasional clients or $134.95 per hour if you are on our weekly or bi-weekly service package.

We offer commercial pool and spa services, including installations, repairs and equipment servicing.With over 25 years of experience in the industry, our team has the expertise to ensure you receive professional, efficient service.
